Credits are Reechee's currency for unlocking premium intelligence about your competitors' unhappy customers. Here's everything you need to know about what they are, when they're used, and how to manage them effectively.
What Are Credits?
Think of credits as tokens you spend to access high-value information that turns competitor intelligence into actionable sales opportunities.
Each credit unlocks one piece of premium intelligence:
Reviewer's LinkedIn profile - See who wrote the review, their role, and background
Buying Committee discovery - Identify 2-4 decision-makers beyond the reviewer
Personalized pitch generation - AI-powered outreach templates tailored to specific pain points
That's it. Simple, transparent pricing for the information that matters most.
What Comes with Your Plan
Every Reechee plan includes a monthly credit allocation:
Starter Plan: 50 credits per month
Scale Plan: 100 credits per month
Agency Plan: 500 credits per month
These credits refresh on your billing date each month. Any unused credits automatically roll over to the next month - they never expire.
When Credits Are Used
Unlocking LinkedIn Profiles (1 credit)
When you click "Unlock" on an alert to reveal the reviewer's LinkedIn profile, you'll spend 1 credit. This gives you:
Direct access to their LinkedIn profile
Ability to connect or message them
Context about their role and influence
One-time cost - once unlocked, you (and your team) can access it anytime
Finding Buying Committees (1 credit)
When you click "Find decision makers" on an alert, the system searches for key stakeholders at that company. If we find 2-4 decision-makers, you'll spend 1 credit and receive:
Economic Buyer (C-Suite/VP with budget authority)
Technical Buyer (Director/Manager who evaluates)
Champion (the original reviewer)
Additional stakeholders (if relevant)
Again, one-time cost. Once your team has found the buying committee for a company, everyone can access it without additional charges.
Generating Personalized Pitches (1 credit)
When you use our AI pitch generator to create tailored outreach for a specific alert, you'll spend 1 credit. You'll receive:
Personalized LinkedIn message addressing their exact pain points
Cold email template connecting their frustrations to your solution
Sales call talking points and objection handling scripts
Multiple formats optimized for different channels
The generated pitches are saved with the alert, so you and your team can reference them anytime without spending additional credits.
When Credits Are NOT Used
This is important - we only charge credits when we deliver value:
Buying Committee Search Finds Nothing
If our system searches for decision-makers but can't identify anyone beyond the original reviewer, you won't be charged.
Why this happens:
Small company with limited LinkedIn data
Reviewer is already the most senior contact
Company's team structure isn't publicly available
You'll see a message like "No additional decision makers found" and your credit balance stays the same.
Already-Unlocked Content
If you (or someone on your team) already unlocked a LinkedIn profile, found a buying committee, or generated a pitch for an alert, accessing it again is free. We track what's been revealed at the team level.
Basic Alert Information
Everything else is unlimited and included:
Receiving alerts about negative reviews
Company name and firmographics
Pain points summary
Review source and link
Pain points reports (aggregate patterns across reviews)
Managing Your Credits
Checking Your Balance
Your current credit balance is visible in the top navigation of your dashboard. It shows:
Credits remaining
When your next monthly allocation arrives
When You Run Out
If you hit zero credits mid-month, you have two options:
1. Wait for your monthly refresh
Your plan's full credit allocation arrives on your billing date.
2. Purchase additional credits
Buy credit packages anytime - they're added instantly:
Packages available: 10, 25, or 50 credits
Pricing varies by plan tier
Purchased credits never expire
Combined with your monthly allocation
For Teams (Scale & Agency Plans)
Credits are shared across your entire team. This means:
Everyone draws from the same pool
Any team member can unlock profiles, find committees, or generate pitches
Once someone unlocks something, the whole team can access it
No competition for credits - collaborate strategically
Strategic Credit Usage
Use credits when:
Company fits your ICP perfectly
Pain points map directly to your strengths
Deal size justifies the investment
You're ready to take action (not just browsing)
Consider the workflow: A typical high-value alert might use 2-3 credits total:
1 credit to unlock LinkedIn profile
1 credit to find buying committee
1 credit to generate personalized pitches
That's 2-3 credits for complete intelligence + ready-to-use outreach. For a potential enterprise deal, that's an incredible ROI.
Skip unlocking when:
Company is clearly outside your target market
Review is very old (6+ months)
Pain points aren't relevant to your product
Just gathering general competitive intelligence
Pro tip: Use the free information first (company size, industry, pain points) to qualify opportunities before spending credits on LinkedIn access, buying committees, or pitch generation.
Common Questions
Do unused credits expire?
Nope. All credits - both monthly allocations and purchased packages - roll over indefinitely. Use them whenever you need them.
Can I share credits with someone outside my team?
No, credits are tied to your account/team and can't be transferred to other Reechee users.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
Your existing credits remain in your account. You'll just receive fewer credits in future monthly allocations based on your new plan tier.
Can I get a refund on purchased credits?
Purchased credits are non-refundable, but since they never expire, you can always use them later as valuable opportunities arise.
Why do buying committee searches sometimes fail?
It depends on the company's LinkedIn presence and organizational structure. Smaller companies or those with limited public data may not have identifiable decision-makers beyond the reviewer - and we won't charge you in those cases.
Can I regenerate pitches for the same alert?
Once generated, pitches are saved with the alert. You can view and copy them anytime. If you want to generate different versions, that would require another credit.
Making Credits Count
Remember: credits unlock information that gives you a competitive advantage - direct access to frustrated prospects, their decision-makers, and personalized outreach that addresses their exact pain points.
Use them strategically on opportunities that matter, and you'll turn competitor intelligence into closed deals.
